Compliance Certificates
A Certificate of Compliance (COC) is a document that verifies which the electrical installations such as the plugs, lights, DBboard, geyser and wiring in a home, comply with the legislated requirements as detailed in the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
All new buildings and developments as well as properties being sold must have a COC for the electrical installations done. We specialize in COC’s and will provide a professional and fast service in order to obtain this document.
